The Cup Elevator CE-300 is a robust step-by-step elevator for transporting dough pieces from a rounder up to the Intermediate Conveyor Prover. The timing of each dough piece is controlled by a photocell and it has a capacity of up to 2000 pieces per hour. The weight range, subject to capacity and dough characteristics (when sold separately) are 100 - 1.500g.
