The Cone-/Cylinder Rounder GM CR-600 is suitable for processing a wide range of different dough, but mainly for wheat- and wheat mixed bread. The centrally adjustable moulding track system guarantees an optimal rounding of the dough pieces. This well-established principle ensures exceptional results both in the pre- and the final rounding.
