The Spiral Mixer MR-160 P is a batch mixer with removable bowl suitable for all kinds of dough. It features Escher's patented bowl locking and motion system. The unique bowl locking systems eliminates any oscillating movement of the head during the mixing process ensuring that the spiral arm is always in the correct position resulting in improved dough quality.
Each machine features a removable bowl which is quick and easy to remove thanks to the ergonomically positioned handle and bowl guide rollers. Best mixing results and low dough friction independent from desired the batch size.
